About Encompass
Encompass Family and Community specialises in training, research, consultancy and case services to government, community and other non-government agencies in the child, youth and family welfare fields. Anne Elliott and Chris-Maree Sultmann, the co-Directors of Encompass, are qualified social workers who together have almost 50 years experience in family and community services, with particular expertise in the protection of children and young people, women’s services and youth services.
Encompass has been operating for over eleven years, providing services to all Australian states and territories and New Zealand.
Anne and Chris-Maree work with a talented group of staff and associates who bring a range of expertise and knowledge to work across both the government and community sectors. We also work in consortia with other professionals who share our vision and values around promoting excellence in child and family welfare.
