Encompass Services

GROUP FACILITATION

Encompass Family and Community can and has conducted group facilitation for a range of reasons. We work with you and other participants prior to the event to clarify aims and objectives. During group facilitation, we work with you to ensure that desired outcomes are achieved. We can also work with you after the event to assist with implementing actions and outcomes, including training, and monitoring implementation.

Group facilitation may take the form of a family group conference, focus group, special meeting, managing stakeholder consultations or a workshop around a particular issue.
