Anne has been a leading force in practice and policy development in child welfare during her more than 30 years in this field. Her work has included direct practice and policy, program and legislative development in child protection, family support, women's services, community health, youth services and homeless services.  Her extensive knowledge base is recognised across both government and community sectors, and in the tertiary education of social work students.  She is passionate about assisting workers in child and family welfare to apply the principles of respect and relationship in inclusive practice.  Anne particularly enjoys working with community organisations where she brings a practical and highly relevant approach to research, service evaluation and organisational review.

Chris-Maree is an exceptional trainer whose expertise and fresh approach are acknowledged in Queensland and other States. She has over 20 years experience in child protection policy and practice work, including the development of state-wide training and best practice resources. Chris-Maree's analytical skills are highly sought after – she brings to all projects a critical overview of latest knowledge and evidence-based practice. She is passionate about supporting frontline workers and program managers to interpret information from research for effective use in practice.

Tracey has over 10 years experience working in government policy, program and legislative areas relating to child protection, family support, domestic violence prevention, community funding, performance measurement, community support services, and education and training. For over 10 years, Tracey has also worked in a range of non-government organisations in research, policy analysis and program development associated with child protection, family support, domestic violence prevention and workplace health and safety. Tracey is a talented researcher, with considerable expertise in social policy development and implementation planning.  She has extensive experience in working with a wide range of services around compliance with standards.

Norelle has worked in the child protection sector for 22 years in both Australia and England. She has performed a range of roles in front line work, policy development and management. Her interest and skills are in the areas of family assessment, family group conferencing, professional development, event planning, group facilitation, research and training. In her work with children, families, groups and organisations, she combines practice wisdom with a comprehensive skills and knowledge base.


PAULA REDFORD-BELL

Paula is a committed and highly skilled trainer with 16 years of experience in child protection work with children, young people, their families and carers. Paula is passionate about learning and development for frontline workers and supervisors  in child and family work. Paula provides an interactive training experience with a focus on supporting participants to develop their knowledge and confidence in practice.
